About the Book:

This anthology that identifies transmovimientos as the creative force or socialmechanism through which queer, trans, and gender-nonconforming Latinxcommunities navigate their location and calibrate their consciousness. Thiscollection forms a nuanced conversation between scholarship and socialactivism that speaks in concrete ways about diasporic and migratory LGBTQcommunities who suffer from immoral immigration policies and politicaldiscourses that produce untenable living situations.
