EXPERIENCE:

Sonya Baker brings with her over 25 years of governmental and non-profit experience. Over the past 11 years, Sonya has held the positions of Director, Program Manger, and Therapist for several community programs. In addition to her advising position with the Department, Sonya serves as a consultant and grant reviewer for the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
